When you use the registration and login function, you need to provide us with your mobile phone number and verification code. You should ensure the accuracy of such information. We collect this information to provide you with account registration and login services, protect your account security and prevent security risks.

When you use LOKLOK services, we will automatically collect some information about your device and your activities using LOKLOK services. Such information includes:
- Information about your device
When you use our video display/playback/download cache services, we will automatically collect your device information. The information we collect includes your IP address, device type, model, device name, unique identifiers, browser type and settings, operating system, language settings, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, application version number, storage information, and other technical information. We may also collect information about how your device interacts with our website, including pages you visit and links you click on. We collect such information in order to provide our basic product services and functions, ensure the security of your account and system, and provide you with continuous and stable services.
- Information about your use of LOKLOK services
When you use the LOKLOK service, we automatically collect information about the videos you watch, the terms you search for (including voice searches), the number of times you view and interact with videos, your favorites, and more. We collect this information to provide you with the content need. At the same time, in order to better understand our users, we use this information to analyze your video viewing preferences, etc., in order to make real-time recommendations of better videos and advertising content and services you may be interested in.
- Log data

- Location information
We collect location information when you use our services in order to perform useful functions such as recommending better video and advertising content in your area. We may use IP addresses to infer your approximate location.
- Information from third parties
We may collect personal information about you indirectly from third parties, and the information we collect from third parties includes:
(1) Third party account information: If you use a third party platform account (e.g. Facebook/Google/Apple ID, etc.) to log in to our services, we will obtain your account information (including name, avatar, cell phone number, email address, etc., subject to your authorization) from the third party platform in order to create or log in to your LOKLOK account, to provide the services enjoyed by logged-in users, and to protect your account security.
(2) Third-party payment institution information: If you purchase our VIP services, other paid content, etc., the third-party payment service providers we cooperate with (such as Apple pay, Google pay, MasterCard, etc.) will provide us with your payment information or payment information updates for the purpose of verifying your payment status and providing you with purchased services smoothly; please be informed that we only collect your purchased product information, payment record number and channel ID, and do not collect any of your bank card account number, payment password or other payment information.

According to the different types of information, we may use the information collected in your use of LOKLOK services for the following purposes:
(1) To conclude an agreement between us and you, for agreement needs and to implement the agreement between us and you;
(2) To provide, handle, maintain, develop, and improve LOKLOK services (including film and television content);
(3) To provide personalized recommendation services (including film and television content);
(4) Evaluate your applications (if relevant) and respond to your questions, inquiries, feedback, or disputes;
(5) To handle your registration and login requests;
(6) Your contact information provided by you during the use of LOKLOK services or collected by LOKLOK may be used by us to contact you or send security verification messages to you during operations.
(7) To monitor, prevent or investigate any fraud, abuse, security risks and technical issues that include threats to LOKLOK, you or the public, in order to protect your accounts and systems, and improve the security and reliability of LOKLOK services;
(8) For market research and trend analysis, comprehensive statistics, data analysis, processing and investigation related to LOKLOK services. In order to use your information for the above purposes, we use different technologies to process the information. We will seek your prior consent when using your information for purposes not covered by this Policy.

LOKLOK’s services let you share your personal information or other information with third parties (including unspecified audiences). - Storage location: Currently, LOKLOK's data is stored in Singapore. You understand and agree that, under the terms and conditions as stated in this Policy, we may transfer and store your personal information in the said data center in accordance with applicable laws. Although the data center location may have different personal information protection standards than your jurisdiction, we will do our best to protect your personal information in accordance with stricter standards, and do our best to avoid the risk of your personal information being leaked.
- Storage period: Generally speaking, we store your personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the purpose of providing our services. After the above storage period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. If we shared your information with a third party, we may also require the third party to delete or anonymize your personal information. However, we may change the storage period of information to meet the requirements of laws in the following cases:
- In order to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- In order to comply with a court judgment, court order or other legal processes;
- In order to comply with the requirements of relevant government agencies or legally authorized organizations;

(2) Right to Correct or Modify
You have the right to correct or modify some of your personal information in our services according to the operation guidelines and settings provided on the product function page. You can also directly contact us to correct or modify your relevant data.
(3) Right to Delete
You have the right to delete your personal information from our services. You can delete some of your personal information either online by yourself through our product operation guidelines and settings, or you can apply to us for deletion. For example, you can directly click ‘Me - Viewing History’ in the product to delete your viewing history.
If we have collected, used, or shared your personal information in violation of laws and regulations or our agreement with you, you may directly make a request to us to delete your personal information or require us to notify a third party to delete your personal information, except if your information has been anonymized or laws and regulations provide otherwise.
You understand and agree that: When you delete or we assist you to delete relevant information from our services, we may not be able to immediately delete the relevant information from our backup system due to applicable legal and security technology restrictions. In this case we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further data processing. This information will be deleted or anonymized once the backup system is updated.
(4) Right to Withdraw Consent
If you want to change the authorization scope of relevant consent and information, you can modify it through your hardware device or handle the operation in the settings interface for the relevant feature in our service. You may also permanently revoke our full authorization to continue collecting your personal information by deactivating your LOKLOK account. When you cancel authorization to collect personal information, we will no longer collect such information, and we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding services described above.
(5) Right to Limit or Refuse Processing of Personal Information
If your jurisdiction has laws regulating such rights, you have the right to request us to limit the processing or refuse to process part of your personal information. We will handle your request based on your specific situation and in accordance with the laws.

After verifying your identity, we will help you resolve your problem within a reasonable period of time or within the time stipulated by the laws of your jurisdiction, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or otherwise agreed in this Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use LOKLOK’s services.
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. Age definitions and privacy protection rules for minors vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. If you are 18 years of age or older, but are still a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you should read this Policy under the guidance of your guardian, and your guardian must agree to this Policy. VIII. Dispute Resolution
If any court of competent jurisdiction rules/determines that any provision of this Policy is invalid, then that particular provision will be removed from this Policy, but such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy. The remaining provisions of this policy will continue to be performed. The parties agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement (including but not limited to the performance of this Agreement) shall be settled through friendly negotiation. Either party may also submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in accordance with the Institutional Arbitration Rules of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre in effect at the time of submission of the notice of arbitration. For the avoidance of doubt, friendly negotiation is not a prerequisite for submission of the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding upon all parties. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, and the language of arbitration shall be Chinese.
